Kickboxing!

We'll teach you how to kick, punch and move safely on the bag with our Orientation Class. Then, join unlimited classes each month with our amazing coaches for punch and kick combos, active games, and fun core-building workouts. From retro 80s dance mixes to AC/DC and more, you'll be singing along as you punch. (Yes, we take dance breaks!)

Weights.

Enjoy our drop in beginner weight room with light hand weights and resistance bands to support your fitness journey. Our coaches provide complimentary, no-judgement support  on how to use the equipment. Want some tips? Have some goals? We gotcha with our TrueStrength program, available as an add on to our memberships.

This is an important one, because life's too short . :D From our prize wall and stickers to bingo card challenges and loyalty program points for showing up, we make fitness fun again. Ever worn a horse costume to boxing? We have :D Connect over free snacks and drinks in our Club Corner, and enjoy pub nights, theme events, DJ nights, and more!

Our kickboxing classes are designed for all skill levels. We provide modifications, options, and ways to help you ease into the sport. Plus, we provide everything you need to get started - wraps, gloves and a heart rate monitor so you can watch yourself die in real time (AH, bet you thought this was the serious part, right??)

But really - you WILL improve your strength, agility, and overall fitness. You WILL leave every workout feeling motivated, inspired, and positive. And you WILL make the best group of friends ever. That we can 100% guarantee.
